20 Jun Behind the Stream: Erica’s Favorite
Did you know that we have been making a video every week since 2018 to stay top of mind with our audience? I asked ChatGPT why staying top of mind is such an important marketing strategy. It had a lot of great responses, but this one is my favorite:
Consumers tend to trust brands they are familiar with and see frequently, leading to long-term customer relationships and repeat business.

(Beth:) So we have had a lot of fun– Okay, wait, let’s start from the beginning.
We have been making a video every week since, I believe it was March of 2018, something like that. We told– we did a video on our favorite. What’s your favorite of all of those videos and why?
(Erica:) I think my favorite “Behind the Stream” video is the one where it was kind of a sales video too.
(Beth:) Mm-Hmm.
(Erica:) Where you went around and talked about, you know, why should this be a video?
(Beth:) Yes.
(Erica:) So you’re on the phone in a whole bunch of different locations around the office.
(Beth in Video:) I’d love to tell you about our services.
(Erica:) And it was just so fun.
(Beth:) It was fun.
(Erica:) It was fun to shoot because it was kind of spur of the moment.
(Beth:) Mm-Hmm.
(Erica:) It was like we were trying to come up. It, it, the creative process was happening right then and there.
(Beth:) Mm-Hmm. I like had a vague idea for it.
(Erica:) Yeah.
(Beth:) But was like, I need you, Erica, to tell me what to do and how to shoot this.
(Erica:) Yeah. So, in the moment it was like, let’s go up to the refrigerator and have you take out a drink.
(Beth:) Totally.
(Erica:) Let’s go over to the computer and let’s have you walk out of the elevator, into the elevator. And it was just kind of in the moment and you kind of just spitballed, you know?
(Beth:) Yep.
(Erica:) We were everywhere. It was kind of creativity happening in the moment.
(Beth:) But that was such a good way to explain what I constantly say is like–
(Steph & Erica:) Could have been a video!
(Beth:) Could have been a video, or–
(Beth in Video:) This could have been a video.
(Beth:) I’m gonna have this phone call and I’m gonna say the same thing again and again. So let’s have that say it on LinkedIn. Let’s have it say it- It was, it was both and– it was both cool visually, ’cause we got to see, and I think I had to change like five outfits–
(Erica:) Yes.
(Beth:) to make it look like it was, you know, all week long having this call. That was a, was a good video. Thanks Erica, for your contribution.
